This was our first time eating here. The staff was very nice. The food wasn't my favorite. I ordered a salad with chicken! Which the chicken was yummy. However the lettuce wasn't good. It had a old taste.
My daughters food was good. She had some pasta from the kids menu.
We probably wouldn't pick coming here again.
With all the options in uptown the food should be fresh and on point. Especially if it's salad! -

I really want to like this place. Fist off their menu is way to big for the server to give us 2 min to look at it and get annoyed when we're not ready. Also, this place is pricey for no apparent reason because the food really isn't good.
My mom ordered a wedge salad which was good and a beer. The beer was WARM!!! When she told the server she kind of got rude like my mom was lying.
My 4 year old got a kids meal that consisted of broiled shrimp and fries. She got 5 little shrimp that were covered in pepper. She also didn't receive her fries until we were all done eating.
I got the Antipasto salad, it was okay but for the price meh...
My son got a small white top pizza, when they say small, they mean mini. $17 worth of pizza? I think not. So disappointing.
Well, we gave it one last try and ordered a desert because the kids wanted one. It took forever, like 30 min to come out.
All in all, mediocre food and service.
Oh and all we got was apologies no offer to comp anything, which would have been nice. So if you like warm beer and cold food this is the place for you! -

What time is it? Beer:30! Nothing like a refreshing beer to simmer down after a long day. Had an hour to kill before a movie so I figured why not get a beer from here. It was my first visit to this location and it was near the movie theater so I figured why not? The host greeted us immediately upon entry, because my group had no plans on eating we decided to go straight to the bar. It was a bit busy but the bartender came to us immediately and asked if we'd been there before. Of course having not been to a BJ's restaurant in at least a couple years now I figured I'd ask about the menu for drinks. The bartender handed us a drink menu and left to give us time to review it. Once we figured out what we wanted we found ourselves trying to wave her down as she disappeared elsewhere so we waited patiently for about 8 to 10 minutes extra for her to come back. Once she came back we waved her over and she took our orders. The beers came prompt after. After we finished our first round we were ready for one more round (our last round) and found ourselves left hanging again and trying to track her down as she was nowhere to be found. We waited about 12 minutes before we ended up just asking the other bartender on the other side of the bar to take our order. I understand the place was a bit busy and there can be delays during peak hours but we felt completely non existent and forgotten by the female bartender as she went elsewhere around the restaurant and completely left us hanging waiting wondering when and if she would return. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the service and in the future may look elsewhere to take our business. I really don't like to leave bad reviews for business, but I also like to be honest and share my experience for hope of improvement in the future

Visited this location again with my buddy to give it a second chance. This time instead of just a beer we got a meal. I left extremely disappointed. The service was ok, our server never refilled our drinks and only appeared to take our orders, and deliver the check. The real disappointment was the food. Overpriced for one, and two the portions are a lot smaller than you'd expect for the price. I ordered a sirloin steak and it looked nothing even close to what I expected for a sirloin steak. The portion was not only small but it had quite a bit of fat and to be honest didn't really appear to resemble the shape of a steaks. To top it off it had a super smoky charred flavor like it got over cooked on the outside and it sunk in the steak. It was extremely tough to cut. I felt like I needed a chainsaw to cut the thing. It was an unnecessary workout just to cut it. The mac and cheese was ok, the noodles were small and round kinda like beads. The mashed potatoes were pretty tasty. When we received the check I noticed an almost $6 charge labeled as "10% Delivery Fee". I brought this up with our server because I was extremely confused what this charge was food seeing as we were dinning in the restaurant and the food and drinks were delivered from the kitchen to our table. The server had no idea what this charge was and had it reviewed and took it off. This place was not very busy and the service we expected to be much better and the quality of the steak I received was just extremely disappointing. For the prices they charge I expected much better quality and better portions. Sadly I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be returning to this restaurant after these last two poor experiences -

I've been to Bj's before and loved it and been the when it's been ok. Tonight we picked up an order for takeout and it was definitely not one of their good nights. The Bison Burger was a hot mess. Sauce was all on one side which was basically coming out that side. The chicken Alfredo was dry with very little sauce. The crispy onions were good. The chicken nachos were the best thing we got and the cheese, sour cream and guacamole were all in the middle making the majority of the chips soggy and the chicken was barely there. We all agreed that the nachos and the burger should only be eaten at the restaurant not take out. As for the pasta that was a surprise because normally it's great.
I am not sure if I came in on a bad night because I noticed in the bar there were several empty tables that were not cleaned and there was trash on the floor and the staff walked right by. Finally I ordered off the app with a estimated pick up time. I was waiting before I was acknowledged for several minutes and then asked to wait for my order. The young lady seemed a little stressed while I could see the manager walking around the kitchen.
I'm sure we will try them again because this is one of my family's favorite spots and this is just an off night. -
